Vyve Voicemail Customer Pin

As part of a security upgrade, Vyve has changed the way the default PIN can be used to access your voicemail.

Your Vyve Digital Voice voicemail box uses the default PIN that you were assigned when your service was originally set up. You are currently able to use that PIN to access your voicemail messages from any telephone line.

If you have already changed your PIN from the default PIN, no action is required at this time.

If you use the default PIN and do nothing, you will still be able to access your voicemail from your own phone line using the default PIN and will be prompted to update to a new PIN. However, if you wish to access your voicemail box from any other telephone line, you will need to change your PIN.

How to change your PIN:

  1. Using the voice line corresponding to the voicemail PIN you wish to change, enter star code *98 to access the Voicemail system
  2. Enter the current PIN, followed by #
  3. Press 1 to change PIN
  4. Enter the new PIN, followed by #
